Week 7 - Lost 0.5kg

I lost another 0.5kg this week, that's 5kg (11 pounds) lost in 7 weeks... so all is going to plan :)

We're going away on holiday for a week this Sunday, so I'm expecting a little blip in the chart, but wherever possible I'll behave {grin}.

Planning for the 3 Peaks Challenge has started, training dates are now in the calendar...take a look at 2009 Goals for details.

See you after the holiday!!!!!!!!

Week 6 - Lost 2.0kg

Ironic...the week when I didn't cycle because of the weather, and drove to work twice...and I lose 2kg. I can only assume it's because I've not been having bread for lunch. A couple of days with Ryvita and a couple of days with no lunch (naughty) and I lost 2kg. Happy :)

Week 5 - Stayed The Same - New Tactic!

Hi,

I walked to work 5 of 5 days last week, both ways, through the snow and rain... so I'm very pleased about that.

My weight stayed the same this week, so this proves the maintenance diet is working, so...I need to continue losing weight and that is going to happen by removing bread from my lunchtime diet and replace it with Ryvita. 4 Ryvitas = 1 slice of bread and I was having 4 slices of bread each lunchtime. I won't be having 16 Ryvitas :)

It's still snowing here (a lot outside at the moment) so we'll have to see how the transport works out this week. Right now I'm thinking of driving to work tomorrow.

See you next week.....Q.

Week 4 - Stayed The Same

I was doing well midweek, my weight was down to 96kg but I ruined it by having a kebab on Friday night because neither of us wanted to cook, and a (planned) curry on Saturday night with the in-laws. Well it proves weight can be lost on this diet as long as you don't wander from the straight and narrow :)

I'm pleased with the cycling and walking to work - I only took the car once this week (Monday) and that was only because it was raining all day. Tue / Wed / Thur I cycled and Friday I walked. I also got an 8 mile cycle done on Saturday for a bit of fun, it was slow and steady but I enjoyed it.

See you next week...Q.
